Patrick Lamb, another BigLaw refugee, started his own law firm a few months ago, and his website is now up and fully functional. I especially liked the crack about tax lawyers for the IRS Circular 230 disclosure.
I like his billing ideas. But most of my transactional clients like paying me by the hour. I hope this changes with time.
